Just wanted to let you know that we have released a new update for the MixAmp Pro TR GEN4, MixAmp Pro TR GEN3, and our A50 Wireless and Base Station. This update was released on Friday 26th April 2019 but should be available to everyone now who is running the ASTRO Command Center for Windows 10 from the Microsoft Store. https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9PFZ8RFZG5X4
Edit - If you are running a GEN3 MixAmp Pro TR or A50 Wireless and Base Station, this update should now be available through the ASTRO Command Center for either Windows or Mac from our website. https://www.astrogaming.com/customer-service/firmware-and-software/software.html
Edit 2 - If you are running a GEN4 MixAmp Pro TR, the standard ASTRO Command Center software for both Windows and PC should now detect and offer the latest firmware update. You no longer require the ASTRO Command Center for Windows 10 from the Microsoft Store if this is not an option for you to download.
This update corrects an issue where some units were not getting assigned to user profiles on the Xbox One after the latest OS update. This update also contains all previous firmware changes including the Xbox UWP Support for adjusting your settings using the ASTRO Command Center for Xbox One. Below are the firmware update notes.
