The installers are in a zipped format. Download the zip file, unzip the contents to a folder, and run the file Set-up.exe. Joan, In order to download Captivate 9, you have to download both files (.7z and.exe ) at the same location/ folder. Once both files download then run.exe file and it will extract.7z file first and then run the installer of Captivate 9.
