Stronghold Legends is a real-time strategy game which combines a great graphical aspect with epic legends of the middle age. With this download you will see a mixture between reality and fiction, where you can also find different stages and units. It doesn’t consist only in a historical reenactment, but also it moves away from the traditional formula leaving behind the simulation events. Thereby, the player can focus on his soldiers and on defeating his or her opponents. You can follow the footsteps of past leaders playing this game divided into three different campaigns.
The developers have been inspired by many of the legends of ancient eras and they have chosen attractive characters which you can control. These can be dragons, powerful wizards or even the Knights of the Round Table. You will enjoy an amazing visual environment due to all soldiers, buildings and scenarios are created with meticulous details. For example, the details for building castles or soldiers’ clothing according to their rank. Stronghold Legends Steam Edition Gameplay
In Stronghold Legends there are three different campaigns to play, each one according to a legend of the game. Players can choose between King Arthur, Vlad Dracul and Siegfried, but first they will need to fulfill previous missions from the Arthur’s campaign. On each mode you will play with fantasy units that differ from each other depending on the campaign you are playing with.
Stronghold Legends's storyline remains the same, the resources are the usual food and materials you need to collect as you increase your level, but the mixture of real life and fiction has been one important feature added in this release. The three campaigns are classified by level of difficulty, while King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table are responsible for the easy mode, the medium and hard levels follow Siegfried and Count Vlad Dracul respectively.
